For more than 20 years I have worked in engineering production, technology and the management of industrial processes. I have moved through roles from tool inspection, design and technology to production leadership and complete operations management. As a result I understand production in practice: from the drawing, fixture and process sheet to the finished product, quality, deadline and customer.
"I solve problems systematically – from cause to result."
My approach is built on technical thinking, accountability for the result and the ability to quickly find the real cause of a problem. I do not just address the symptoms. I look for solutions that improve quality, efficiency and operational stability in the long term.
Career timelineHard chrome plating, operations management, new technologies, fixtures, quality, customers.
Heavy engineering, leading a team of 40–42 people, production stabilisation.
Automotive production, stamping, production transfer Rakovník → Olomouc, leading the toolroom.
In the BRANO group I took part in transferring production from Rakovník to Olomouc. This involved stamping technologies on progressive presses (400–630 t) and production for the automotive industry – parts for Suzuki, Honda and Škoda – where it was essential to maintain continuity of supply, quality and functional technological procedures.

At UMOE SCHAT-HARDING in the Central Bohemian Region I worked as a machining shop foreman in heavy engineering – manufacturing components for marine and offshore rescue systems. I led a team of approximately 40–42 employees and contributed to better production organisation, planning, procedure control, productivity measurement and cooperation between design and production.

Since 2010 I have worked at Novex Bohemia s.r.o. as production/operations director, process engineer and designer. I am responsible for production management, technological procedures, order planning, customer communication, costing, quality, subcontracting, maintenance, operational investments, occupational safety and solving technically demanding orders – including fixtures for heavy parts up to approx. 10 t.
I see AI as a practical tool for increasing productivity, not as a fashionable accessory. I am interested in using AI for creating quotations, technical documentation, data analysis, preparing documents, automating administrative tasks, building corporate knowledge systems and creating AI agents to support production.
My name is Aleš Procházka. I have worked in industry since 2004 and have spent most of my professional life in production, technology and operations management. I enjoy finding the causes of problems, improving processes and introducing changes that make sense both to people on the shop floor and to company management.
Outside work I enjoy golf, landscape photography, nature, travelling, AI and modern technology. These interests help me maintain focus, discipline, an eye for detail and the desire to learn new things.
Write to me and together we will go through where cooperation could make sense.
